Whenever I ty to log into my account, it says wrong password.

My threads were erased. My user doesn't come up in search.

I had this happen once before and wasnt frozen  when I looked up on cell phone not using Wi-Fi  it showed up , cant hurt for you to try, good luck

This is actually my first time frozen.

I had prenium so is that still going to be charged?

you can appeal I had a regular account frozen and got a warning on my premium, but you might just be screwed but it normally shows "this shop has been frozen" when this happens

I haven't played neo in over a year now, but are you allowed to use PayPal for premium? If so, just cancel the recurring payment on the paypal website itself.

Just from what I heard, getting frozen doesn't cancel the premium subscription. You need to cancel by phone or email to prevent ongoing billing (but I don't think you'll get refunded for the remainder of the time).

Just create a new account and send in a ticket to them. You might have to wait a bit since submitting tickets is a bit buggy right now

Yup, same happened to me, so I sent a ticket and they told me that my account was frozen for cheating.

If you've been frozen and you want to appeal, make sure you bring up you were on premium and such.

 

If you have no way of sorting it out and want to end your premium, do it quickly without hesitating.

You probably should be able to repeal your iced account, unless it's obvious you cheated

Not sure if this'll work since it does require you to log in. 
Perhaps the premium stuff is kept separate though.

You can't get refunded for premium, but you can have the remainder of your time switched over to a different account.

I'd say just cancel the payment while you try to unfreeze your account. If you can unfreeze it then you can buy premium again

How? I got frozen and was given no reason. i do not have any cheat programs. I was not doing anything wrong that i know of. i had just spent so much money on NC. and premium in the same day. got frozen the next day. i looked everywhere but there isn't anywhere that says i can switch to my new account.

Put in a ticket and say that you had premium on your frozen account, give the UN of that account, and ask for it to be transferred to your new account.

Just transfer the account and try to get it unfrozen while premium is cancelled/another account. You should be able to get it unfrozen if you were completely legit.

What a terrible strategy IMHO..... if I was the CEO I'd make one..... and only one commandment....."They payin' real moneyz ? Keep em' "   ....but there's a reason why I'm not a billionaire maybe.

That would also be what I would tell them as a last resort to get my account back....."If this account goes away I will not be paying anymore money"..... last time I checked they cared about making the dollahs - especially since they have a lost some support with the lag. On the other hand....it would be refreshing for them to be all about the purity of fair competition....and not about making money.
