it crashes and says i need to check the preloader.exe.log file

have you tried reinstalling/redownloading the program? Also, neopets is super laggy at the moment, laggy neopets often cause abrosia issues.

i've tried reinstalling/downloading a few times, but whenever i get to the "updating from neocodex part" of running the program manager for the first time it crashes 

fixed it by restarting my machine! i should have thought to do that before making a post on here, sorry
