The ASG SOTAC if i am not wrong originated from the RI team when they took gold

LD won with SOTAC but that caused a lot of issues (LD players think the win was not solely due to SOTAC)

and that was about when people started complaining and aware

RI and LD are not small teams but at that time the ACG was not around

After ACG got in the picture, their strategy changed i guess

 

I think the ACG´s left Sotac  quite confusing .

 

Anyway I never believed that sotac could win the gold alone .

It's hard to say because we have a list of usernames/emails in our database, but it doesn't exactly indicate how many are active this year and willing to participate (other than the new inductees). There are checks to keep people active (or else they'll be removed from the access list), but even so, this year has been a little bit dry in terms of the number of people posting. I can't give you a number or a range exactly. I've only seen like 9 different people post in our ASG forum recently and not all 9 of them are really enthusiastic about the cup. 

 

The only thing you really need to know is that we outnumber them no problem and because our points are automated, there is no plateauing or drop of scores because our SSers don't get fatigued like manual players.

Yeah I noticed that too, the AC board is not really active and there's less drama . But there are a lot people coming back or signing up here though, so that's a good thing at least!

But in all other languages forosde.

This was noted with force five years ago.

We can say that most neo, there are only two languages.

And at this rate in two years in just one language

Esto se noto con fuerza hace 5 años.

Podemos decir que la mayoria de neo, solo hay en 2 idiomas.

There were other all-star teams that joined whichever team Sotac joined. SOTAC alone comprised of 50+ members.

There were 2 or 3 more IIRC, Stealth, a french asg, and a brazillian/portuguese asg (?), but the only thing they could get was a YYB draw  .

It was but TNT changed it.

 

JS just dont know what they are doing

they closed the prize shop so early and do not know how to get it back

the old TNT open the 2013 shop after they made a mistake and it stayed open till now

theyre trying their best so we should give them some credit for even attempting to let the ac happen this year. most of us were expecting it to be cancelled because they have no experience with it

Agree They have barely gotten to their feet with the site.
