I've messed up the first time I used the score sender. I accidentally sent 3 scores in quick succession and eventually got banned. It did take awhile though.

I've SS'd so many times with an accidentally low play time (i would do this with games like chia bomber, where using the AoB would cause all the enemies to spawn in one place, which made it really easy to win in two minutes vs like forty maybe) and I never got frozen.

Honestly, I think staff has mostly stopped caring.

it is not about don't care........ when owner sack almost 99% of TNT team...... they lack of manpower to oversee all the games score....... they know need HELP from legal player who daily check on the game score list to report to TNT now...... this is why it is a good chance to get game trophies easily. :)

with the HST cleared, the evidence of you cheating is gone on the main high score table

but your score will forever be in your personal scores :/

just hope no one noses around it

The crap about altador cup is exactly this. The score will be forever on your userlookup and if somebody clicks the trophy, they can see your scores. That's why you need to be so careful. I sent a wrong result for Meerca Chase 2 a few years ago, because it wasn't multiple of 18, I think, and people on the boards were freaking out. It was under the review score, so I sent another one right away XD

Has anyone even gotten frozen for cheating in any sort of way lately?

I was wondering the same thing.  I've done some stupid stuff on throwaway accounts that should have gotten me banned by now (SSing yooyuball without any goals/stats at all).  I've got a bunch of accounts on one IP (no proxy) making NPs.

On the other hand, I gave things away on the Neoboards a while back and got warned for having a giveaway.  You just never know what they'll react to, I guess.  I think they're still freezing at a slower rate than before.

I feel that unless people mass report you because you've drawn attention to yourself, there just aren't enough monitors to give a shit anymore.  I've seen A LOT of people do reckless things recently and they're still fine.

Got frozen. Been busy last few weeks setting up a new business but opened a fresh account and starting over again.

Sorry to hear that, but I'm glad you had a fairly harmless 'learning experience' with this.  A few years back, I sent a score that was a little over the possible score for Volcano Run II, causing me to lose a 10-year account.  It seems like most people have a story of something careless they did when they were new to this.  Good luck rebuilding.  :/

That's what I did recently. I noticed the error and sent another, slightly higher, the same day.

If you self-froze after a mistake in SS, it's been several months. And I've send a ticket, is it worth it to also contact neopets through a facebook pm?

Yes, sometimes they respond faster through fb.
