Same method as usual duping, but with opening goodie bags. I opened one, and got 4 of the best item it can give, plus a ton of other junks.

I think it might be the same as the other items that you can use more than once by spam clicking.

Yeah, that duping method works. It's under the same principle as using one stat-gaining/food item (like armoured neggs, potions, birthday cakes, etc.), spamming the enter button, and getting more than the intended result. It's been here for a while, but nice discovery anyway

 

What would be a profitable goodybag or "item that yields more items" to use?

It probably is, I could never get those ones to work for me though. I tried haha

Birthday goodie bags is what I was using, I'm almost tempted to buy some that can give really really good items worth a lot, and test my luck.

14th and 15th Birthday Goodie Bag can give birthday petpets, so maybe those?

Seems like you can dupe pretty much anything at any time now days. Whats the point of playing lol?

You can't dupe anything anymore. Those days are (hopefully) long gone. Just the mostly harmless glitches are still hanging around.

 

A couple weeks ago it was possible. At least i've read on some other forum some dude talking and showing how he dupped high priced items. However he abused it and obviously got frozen

You could dupe the halloween goodie bags that have meowclops or black ablraiss wings. Those are valid prizes to dupe

I tried this method yesterday but it didn't work. Not sure if it's fixed or if I haven't done it right. Anyone knows if it is still working?

I sold two Y14 and one Y15 goodie bags to a guy who got frozen less than an hour after buying.... NP for me but what a waste! I would've tested the theory for you guys. If you need the bags, they sell for around 4K in the toy shop. Otherwise they're UB and since I'm a bean counter, I wouldn't invest.

If you want to try it again, go ahead. I always buy them at the toy shop and open them whenever I feel like gambling. I had a whole bunch to play around with. There's a bag that can give a Springabee, kind of hts but worth more than the bag itself, and they are buyable at 45K+ I believe. I'll test it out again today if I come across more bags.

tried it out  with 3-4birthday, 8-10halloween bags and over 17 discovered treasure chest

How do you find a laggy moment? Just browsing around, and if a page is taking a while using that as an opportunity? Or would that already be too late of an indication?

If it doesn't work it's cause you're not doing it at an opportune moment (a laggy moment).

 

This was pretty much my inventory from one bag lololol I didn't expect it to work, I was just messing around. I have only got it to work a couple times, and definitely when it's laggy!

From what I gather, all the duping methods work based on neopets having lag. If you press the button lots during lag, there is a chance that the script on the server side will update the database entry on one side (putting item into sdb, getting new items from bag etc.) multiple times before it updates the other (item removal from inventory).

This is all just inference, not knowledge. Please correct me if I'm wrong!

I know giant jelly still works with that glitch, I can get upwards of 10 jellies everyday xD I haven't got anything else to work though. I should try again now, I haven't done my dailies yet and it's pretty laggy.
