I am confident in my original puzzle-making skills that I'm willing to bet seven of my duped MSPP (TCG's) and even a very shitty Christmas card mailed to your address. So much so that I don't care how many hints I give out, but there's a a small catch. Whenever you address me, you may only communicate to me in this thread through YES or NO questions alone. This is your chance to win one or more cards. There is no prize limit per person.

 

You can ask ANY question and have an unlimited amount of asks. It can help you solve the puzzles quicker if you know the right ones to ask. The only time I'll not answer a question definitely is when I do not have a clear cut answer to give. In that case, I'll respond with IDK (I don't know), but that is reserved for cases where I can't with the power in me to give a 100% objective response.

 

If you have an answer, it must also be in the form of a question with the question number included and posted in this thread. No PM's. You can word it anyway you want as long as it is a YES or NO question. For examples:

 

Is the answer to puzzle#4, making a wig out of your mom's chest hair?

 

For puzzle #2, is the answer Manners Maketh Man?

 

Am I correct in saying that the answers to puzzle #6 are poorly-timed Holocaust jokes and a home video of Oprah sobbing into a lean cuisine? 

 

Don't worry, all the puzzles at most require a middle school level competency. If you were able to turn on a computer and navigate to this page, you are intellectually overqualified and skillfully capable. The riddles are in English and I do no intend to translate for anyone. You have until the deadline to solve the riddles.

Puzzle #4 - Unironically Irregardless SOLVED by Limeh

Enough with weird codes and thinking. This should be a relatively easy puzzle to solve. I assure you that there is no hidden code or message in this puzzle. Take everything as face value. Scout’s honor (even though I was never a scout)! Okay, here’s the rub: Everyone answering this riddle will get it wrong if they’ll declare the answer is paper tigers but in all honesty (I swear, this time not as a scout), paper tigers is only a portion of an even longer answer. Then what is the solution? Please don’t think too hard.  

 

Pickle's territory has more letters than Pluck's.

Puzzle #6 - The Eyes Do Lie SOLVED by squeaky511

Paotre is trapped. He is stuck in a room of 5 by 5 huge floor tiles surrounded by walls and one exit. The problem is that there is a Grim Reaper in the same room. After moving several times, he deduced five rules:

 

1. The Grim Reaper can only kill him when they step on the same tile at the same time. As long as Paotre is on a different tile from the Grim Reaper, he'll be safe.

2. The Grim Reaper moves with the same direction that Paotre moves to. If Paotre moves to the left tile, the Grim Reaper moves to whatever tile is to its left.

3. The Grim Reaper moves at the same speed as Paotre. If he moves onto a different tile, so does the Grim Reaper at the same exact speed.

4. Both may move not diagonally as well as move beyond the four cardinal directions.

5. If the Grim Reaper can’t mimic the exact move (for example, it can’t walk into a wall), it may move in any direction it desires (we can assume it'll be whatever tile gets him closest to Paotre).

 

After testing out his hypothesis, he is left with following positions. The red arrows represent the side of which the person is facing towards after making their latest move, not the next move that Paotre will make. G is Grim Reaper. P is Paotre.

 

 

Behind the Grim Reaper is the exit. Answer both of the following questions correctly at the same time:

 

What is the least amount of moves required for Paotre to reach the door?

 

When Paotre is on tile A-5 using the least amount of moves, on which tile would the Grim Reaper be on?
