Well, that's why I'm posting at least - honesty never hurt anyone!

I'm a former advanced neocodex member who has been pretty much retired from neopets for almost two years now, but I'm coming back for this cup to check out neopets' new management. I've spent a fair share of time on the boards but I've never really bothered posting much - not really the social type.

Since I saw another member posted 5 truths and a lie for their intro post, and I liked the idea so I'm doing the same!

Here we go:

1. I studied english and political science in college.

2. I bought a house within the last year.

3. I graduated college within the last year.

4. I have 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 14 rats.

5. I'm a plat league player.

6. I have run several marathons and completed several triathlons.

Take your guesses!

That's all I got. Cheers!

I would say 5/6 is a lie. Plat league is like pro right? So you would be totally invested in playing vs. running, or vice versa.

Also, welcome!

Hi! I also came out of lurker-dom for the Cup

I'm going to guess #2 is a lie, to make myself feel better for not owning a house.

[mrcoconut]

I'm coming back to the site after a year!

Guessing #2 is a lie

[Chuuya]

# 4 probbaly? so much rats? really?

[IamDaniel]

Welcome back

I'd guess #2 is a lie

[Wombat]

I'm here for the cup as well. Welcome. I'm going to guess #6, since no one else has.

[sirvman]

That is the same reason I am here!

And I would have to go with #4, simply bc that is a lot of animals to accumulate if you just bought a house and everything within the year.

I'm here for the cookies! Welcome

Guessing 4 is a lie.

Edit: I think the house is a lie actually.

Plat league isn't pro.

It goes Bronze<Silver<Gold<Platinum<Diamond<Challenger

So challenger is pro platinum is a bit better than average.

I am going to rule out #4 because female rats give birth to relatively large litters and #5 because you mentioned it yourself that you're a Plat player.

Anyhoo, since no one has guessed #3, that's my guess!

[AmbidextrousParadox]

I'll guess 3 or 5, cause you can't be over 18-yo and play league of legens.

Lol jk, but it's still my guess.

[meista]

Plat league player eh? That's pretty baller.

I don't think you have 14 rats tho

[Blanc]

You are not plat, that's the lie XD *Jealous*

[FelisNoctua]

Hmm you haven't answered yet, so I'll take a guess: bought a house within the last year. Graduating college and buying a house in the same year seems hard (for me), cause, student loans. But maybe.

Welcome, hope you stick around longer than AC. It's a really fun community. Don't forget to do the Newbie Scavenger hunt! It tells you everything you'll ever want to know about the forums and how it all works! (And you get a nifty badge for completing it!)
