I will be browsing the neoboards or the trading post and will suddenly be logged out..is someone definitely logging onto my account? is that the only reasonable explanation?

 

it is weird because this was happening 2 weeks ago and then I changed my password, also changed my email. Yet this still happens to me quite frequently...I feel like there is no way no one knows my password so I am confused

Are you running a program while you browse neo?

clear your history/cookies/cache and change your PW's again just to be sure.

 

also like said above make sure you aren't running any programs. even if you have the program manager open and not running it'll still log you out

Are you running the Program Manager in the background? Even if you're not running a program, the manager will still log in occasionally, subsequently logging you off if you're on.

 

I do this once in awhile and go, "oh shit did I just get frozen", then see the icon still up.

Change your passwords same thing was happening to me for a while and then I noticed millions of NP and 3x Sword of Reif missing from my account.

 

Not necessarily the problem, but I would suggest it as a precaution.
