I started using the default 8-10 second refresh rate and noticed that I would get restock banned after 15-20 minutes of ABing. I then increased the refresh rate to 10-12 seconds, but I still get restock banned rather quickly. I've read some posts where people say they can do much shorter refresh rates and not get banned for some time. 

 

Should I make the range bigger, like 8-12 seconds, or what are some other things I can do to keep from getting restock banned as often? 

 

When I'm not banned, this program works great!

You're probably not banned at all. Shops get cleared more often nowadays and Abrosia might see that as a restock ban.

You should check to see if you have the "check for restock ban every X minutes" on.

Oh, would you look at that. It has it to where it checks every 15 minutes. Should I set that to 0?

It wouldn't let me set it to 0, so I opted for 300 minutes (5 hours) instead. I don't ever let the program run that long anyway so it shouldn't affect me anymore.
