The only pizza appropriate to eat with a fork and knife is Neaopolitan pizza. If it's made the authentic way, it's pretty wet towards the center and you can't pick it up without making a giant mess.

I was always taught you brush your tongue with your tooth brush and I brush mine so far back to where my gag reflex should start lol.

I've tried a few times, but in each one of them I made a cut in the frenulum which hurts like hell and takes forever to heal.

We actually have even more. Just in the mouth there are 4. One under the tongue, one on each lip and the one that connects our cheeks to our gums (in this case it's one very long lol).

 I don't think the lip and cheeks-to-gums are one. At least not that I saw. Only the tongue, penis/vag, and then in the brain

Well, wikipedia told me that, I don't really know lmao but I think the cheeks one is in the back of the cheek, what connects it to the gums.

   2x a day with mouth wash and flossing. It's best to brush before eating because eating softens your enamel and if you brush immediately after, you destroy it - this is not something that regenerates. So it's important to keep your enamel strong for as long as possible. Genetics plays a bigger part in teeth health than brushing/cleaning does though.

   Either or. Depends on the pizza.

   Depends where the burger is from. And nowadays, I eat more bunless burgers and so I use a fork a lot too.
