I know that I am only able to see items of a rarity 89 or lower until my account is a month old, but am I not able to see the items in certain shops until my account is a certain age too? I can see the number of items in the bakery, fresh foods, chocolate factory, and magic shop, but Abrosia only shows 0 in the battle magic, defense magic, or post office shops. I am not RS banned when trying to access these shops either.

It depends what the shop has in stock at the moment. If there isn't anything under rarity 89 you won't be able to see it, so Abrosia will display that the shop has 0 items in it. The account age restriction doesn't apply to specific shops, just item rarities.

Ah, okay. One more question: I checked the Post Office manually and saw stamps in the stop. When I loaded up Abrosia, it showed that there was nothing in the shop. I didn't refresh or anything while I was in the Post Office on my browser so I wasn't restock banned. Now, it's been a while since I've played Neopets and I keep hearing that sometimes the shops will clear everything out? How long does this last and should I keep Abrosia running even though it shows nothing in the shop?

With the new restock system, shops get cleared out by itselves from time to time, yes. From what I've been seeing doesn't last long. 15-20 minutes max? I've naver caught cleared shops longer than that, anyway.
You should let Abrosia run during clearing, because it will eventually restock again. Make sure about your setting for restock bans, though. Abrosia will assume you're banned if it doesn't find a shop with items on it (which can happen if all shops decide to clear out at the same time).

I set my settings up similar to the way you have yours. I went by the pic you posted in my other thread. It has worked very well so far, but I just wanted to be sure it wasn't something wrong with Abrosia. Thanks for all of the help as usual. 
It's been a very good day in the Post Office.
