I'm starting to think you can't get the Incubator Blueprint yet, and @Elindoril is just messing with us so he can say he has a "secret" 

In an effort to defend Elin's honour, I can confirm that the incubator is definitely available.

Candy corn, on the other hand, is not.

All crafting workshop additions like the Enchanting Ring and the Incubator are added by blueprints. Alllllways.

The Incubator is found out in the world, not a store, and requires a blank blueprint to get

I am sooo lost and clueless about the blueprint stuff...well I need gold anyway to buy the blank blueprint and such, so I am just kinda going "waaaaaaaah" and not all-out rage whining.

You're going to the wrong places.

As long as you read the room text, you'll always be able to tell where a blueprint can be used. There's really no need to try it in random rooms

@Sweeney there's a problem with Mercenary jobs.  I went in, took the lumberjack job, it was accepted.... did the job and came back, and the job wasn't there to complete.  I did however have it in my list to do again.  I've signed up for the job again, and got the accepted page.  Go immediately back... and I'm still not on a job

Hey, following up on this, I just ran through the quest with no problem - it was there to complete as expected and gave me my reward. Can you try a Merc quest again, please?

I figured out the blueprint for the ring. Just need to find the incubator! 

So I added the blueprint to my workshop but there is no way to view the recipe?

How about 12 instead? I can manage twelve that's doable, or maybe 24, or 48? Or Now I'm just getting carried away.

@Sweeney I just accepted the merc quest for "Someone's Signet" three times and it doesn't say I'm on a quest.
