From what I see, the rarity between items can range for 10 levels of rarity.

For example:

1st item: rarity 50

2nd item: max rarity 60

3rd item: max rarity 70

4th item: max rarity 80

5th item: max rarity 90

 

Or they can be all the same rarity.
