Sorry about your crazy luck not being able to get r99 but them giving you crap items. I couldn't even flipping donate this year. The dropdown menus were all messed up. I could select 4 items but couldn't select the 5th. I'm with you on this one I think I'm going to hoard like a mad man.

 

I got a few nice r99 items, still far from what some people got, sure, but I focused more on selling +r90 stuff on shops and trades, because it's quick money and I already have enough items on my SDBs to worry about

 

 

Is anyone complaining about getting a wrong award?

I have now three shells with +200 donations that only got the participation medal + 1k NP.

I only donated +r90 stuff on them. I don't want to believe rarities messed this thing, but... lol

It's an yearly event to help us get rid of the junk we get from dailies. It's over now. It may return next year.

It's also when said junk items, that are usually only worth a few NPs, hyper-inflate to a few hundred, or even a few thousand NPs while the event is happening. So it is a great time to check your SDB's and clear out any items that have inflated.

Or even a few ten thousand NPs. Most r90-r99 junk items inflated to 40k+

 

yeah, you're right there - one of the scrolls that is given out as a daily (that only usually sells for a handful of NPs) sold for about 35k during that event. I sold all of the scrolls I had in my SDB, and that helped me on my way to making the 850k NP over the course of the charity corner.

I'm stocking up on different category r90s for next CC. I'm aiming for 1000 of each category  

It might be something to look into if you have enough extra $$ to spend, CC netted me a lot of NP and I'm totally going to be ready next time around.

I would love to do that, but I don't have enough atm to afford things like that.

I'm just going to keep stocking up throughout the year - because if even junk items (that usually sell for less than 50NP) inflate to at least a couple of hundred NP (some items much more), then I'll be making tons of NP the next time we have one of these
