One of my acocunts that I've had for a few years needs a birthday to log in and I know it has a pin but I can't for the life of me remember it or where to start with it.

We don't allow any pin/email/bday-cracking on this site.
You're best chance is to contact TNT with a ticket and spam their facebook.
