I am as the title says. On Tuesday, I made a purchase with real money, which I can't always afford to do. I bought Darkest Faerie Collectors Dark Magic Hands. This morning I go into my closet, cause that is where I put it after the purchase, and now they are not there. I sent a ticket to them, but I highly doubt it'll get answered. I really wanted this for my pet's outfit. :(  I can't afford to keep buying Neocoins.

And your pet isn't wearing it either?

No, she's not. This was 1 in 3 things I needed to complete her outfit, and now I can't. I don't have the money in real life to buy Neocoins each time even though they are cheap. I bought it once because the item says it's limited time only. I'm just really upset about this. I guess I won't have that item now, or Neo would actually respond before the 30th of this month. I just really liked it for her, and if you saw her, you would understand why that was perfect.

Go to TNT's facebook page and post on their wall with your ticket number. They pretty much such at responding but it's another shot at getting someone to look at it.

I did. Do you think they will respond? I mean, it's only one item. I don't work currently due to health reasons, that is why I'm so upset about the loss of the item, I paid real money for it. If it was NP, I wouldn't be so concerned.

You'll probably have better luck considering that it was an NC item, but I'm not sure on their whole "restoring items" policy. It's worth a shot at least. They'll most likely respond, just be prepared for it to take a while (possibly a month or two if you're lucky).

Honestly I have no idea, I tried getting them to answer my messages there but to no avail. The popular word is to post on their wall and keep your fingers crossed.

If you spent real money on site and didn't get the item you paid for, I dont see why they wouldn't return it. But this is TNT we're talking about, not the best reputatiion.

That is true. I really hope they do. I have 200 NC left from the purchase, and short 50 NC. I would buy it again, but I can't atm. I'm just really baffled by this. I bought an item worth 50 NC with the item in question here, and it's on my other pet. I just don't understand why I don't have this one. :(

I've always had better luck with using their Facebook page as already suggested. Takes a few days for a reply but they are helpful :)

That's really weird. I've heard poeple not getting items they've paid for, but I never heard of an item being removed after being purchased (hell, that didn't even happen with the NC Mall glitch this Summer lol).
If I were you, I wouldn't hope for a happy ending. TNT screws everything they touch, kinda like a reverse Midas thing :p

And see it as a lesson, maybe? Neopets is not the most trustworthy site to hand out your money, even more when you don't have money to give... Especially considering the recent developments, I bet they are just trying to get their greedy hands on any penny they can grab before everything implodes in a massive ball of shit xD

Yes, that is really weird, but oh well. What else would you expect when you have a great game with people who don't know how to run it properly, lol. You have a good point, lesson learned!
