Is Neopets having issues? The site is down for me, so if that's the case for everyone, it would explain why your Abrosia isn't working.

Yeah this is most likely because of site lag/downtime on Neopets. Try restarting a bit later and see if it makes any difference.

Thanks everyone! Totally didn't even think of that, but it makes way more sense for Neo to be bugging than Abrosia
