I set it up and got the required 500 SB and of course the 1100ish codex credits did not get applied. Has anyone worked through this before? Ive tried logging out/back in multiple times.

@fatluv I don't know what you're specifically referencing but i you go to the store and lick "Get Help" On the same line as Earn Neocodex Credits you'll be taken to the Super Rewards site which should list each task you've completed recently. If the appropriate amount of time has passed since completing it you should be able to submit an appeal. Include screenshots as evidence of completing the task and you should get the credits within the next few days.
Note: You'll send it once, they'll send you an email asking for screenshots and you can just copy + paste the original message into it.
From what I gather, Neocodex doesn't control whether we get the credits or not. It appears that when the external site confirms that the task is done it triggers the automatic crediting.
Hope this is helpful and not rambling dribble!

Wait I have to have screenshots? I did most of these like four days ago. Swagbucks is just one.
