My first word after waking up from surgery was "Water"

They woke me once in the OR to make sure I wasn't paralyzed. Don't really remember that.

Then they woke me in the neuro-recovery ICU and asked me a bunch of questions and making me talk. And I remember the nurse kept trying to rouse the guy who just got out of surgery. And I was like "Hey dude next to me. It's gonna be okay man. It's gonna be okay. Tell the nice nurse lady your name, man."  Meanwhile, my nurse is just laughing at me cuz I'm so high and messed up lol.
