Either it was TC or that other board we don't mention. My memory is shite. And sadly I didn't think of snagging one, I can't even remember if I did get anything from the prize shop? Oh well, pixel goods are buyable with Other goods.

I think it wasn't 100% if it was going to be an album item or not. At the time of release you couldn't put it into an album, some smart users noticed an empty album named Something Something Part Deux so they figured it might be a new collectible album page. Therefore they pieced two and two together and snagged some of those coins. Smart buggers. 

 

Tldr: It was intended to be an album item, TNT just never was clear about that until shortly before it was retired from the Prize Shop. Or something along those lines.

There is! But you have to have 48hours+ account with 40 non-spam posts before you can see the board. And also, the board is currently only opened to Private members right now, but it will be opened in this coming early morning (in US time).
