The starters are definitely not too shabby, but I can't picture what the evolutions will look like for Rowlet at all. Hopefully they don't just cheese it and make a green Noctowl.

 

Also, as usual, I'm disappointed with the legendaries I haven't really liked any legendaries since generation 3.

PS: was gonna pick up moon but legit the legendary is terrifying and not in a good way

I like all the starters actually, they're not as bright colored as some of the others were. I liked Litten and Rowlet at first, but Popplio has grown on me as well.

Now I'm actually not sure which starter I'll choose I'm not too fond of the legendaries though, but I think I'll choose Moon, because I like the night.

I've never really like Grass starters, but this is too adorable. Litten is cool, and Popplio? ... I only hope he ends up in a similar case to Froakie. Silly looking starter with a badass evolution that goes OU.

I remember how adorable tepig was in it's first form, and then at the end it turned into the ugly Emboar...ugh.

Tepig & Serperior were the only decent looking ones for 5th gen starter line I think. Everything else looked ugly..

But 6th gen starters was a total mess - everything in all evolution lines. Think they took a complete 360 for 7th gen.. at least for now. Need to see the stage 1 and 2s.

Popplio grew on me and I think I'm going to go for him. It's good to see people loving the grass starter though. I feel like most of the grass starters get the least amount of love. So I'm happy in that regard

This is my fear. I'm still choosing it because I want a good grass/flying ( Jumpluff is useless and Tropius is ugly ) but it does look like it might suffer from "it gets bigger" evolution syndrome.
