Just checked my bank statement and they actually didn't pull the money from my account til 2 days after they declined my payment.

That can actually be pretty common. Unless they're a really large company sometimes their payments don't get processed for a few business days. I've experienced this a bit lately and it's really frustrating.

Just got off phone with card company. They're issuing me a new card and started a dispute with the company. I swear, talking to people in customer service is like pulling teeth. She didn't want to do anything.

Update: I talked them into refunding the domain reg part of the charge, since like I said, they didn't actually do that. They're still pushing for cancellation fees and crap though.

 

Also, I got an interesting letter from my bank today... They moved $200 of MY money from MY account into my ex's account since he was overdrawn. What is the freaking point of having money?

I have emailed them 1-2 times per day, with varying tones of pissy, and today I received an email saying I would get a full refund.
