It just seems like it takes up too much time. Since we have programs like Abrosia, is reselling even worth considering?
Is Reselling Even Worth It?

It's worth it if:
a) You're patient
b) You know how to resell properly
c) You don't overpay/pay market price for anything
But like in general use Abrosia, it'll profit more

I generally find that those who resell do it for more than just the profit - they genuinely enjoy the reselling/haggling process. I personally stay far away from it because it's not worth the headache.

Like everyone else said, it's mainly just a pain in the ass to do that especially if it is an item that not a lot of people are interested in i.e. battledome items

The economy is horrible for buying and selling right now.
Regardless, reselling just sucks.

People here are generally ABers, many even hate reselling and resellers, so y'know that's the opinion you'd generally get, not that it's inaccurate or anything. ![]()
For my contributions: I'd say that it's not worth it especially if you are ABing. And especially with the current market conditions right now, with ;ess and less buying going on as time goes on it seems.
If you're legit and good at it it miight be worthwhile? Perhaps?
Hmm I wonder who to ask for that sort of perspective...@Bones do you happen to know? I.e. are you a reseller or know the reseller perspective well enough? ![]()

ABing has potential for great profit, with minimal effort. I haven't been having an issue selling my goods, but I mark my prices down a ton to move them quickly, so I cater to the resellers really. I prefer to AB, because my profit margin for effort is much better in my opinion. I get to spend that time I would be Reselling with my kids and being outside, that's much better.

Yeah, reselling is worth it.
Resell your AB'ed shit.
Anything else? Nah. You'll attract attention and you know how people are report happy.

There are still soome people buying for Gallery / Gourmet Club / other actual uses. And also, some of us sell things for 40-50% as might have been previously mentioned, and those resellers can then sell to other people for 70-80% if they are good and the opportunity is good, even if those others are resellers tooo.
So there's still soome real demand. Just, like, not a whole lot really. xD

If you find it fun... do it. If you are not enjoying reselling, then don't do it.

Sorry for the late reply been away for 4 days...
Reselling can give you big gains if you manage to find yourself good sellers to buy at 50% and below yes it might take you some time to make your sale but the gains are good. The downside is you need to invest first and this can take some time. Items to invest in I would say solely r99s for questing and r101s for galls.

I have made some fairly substantial gains from reselling but it's also frustrating at times. Certain things are much much easier than others to sell (and also don't require reseller offers), but it's that middle ground that you need to attack.
Lots of people do it very successfully! It takes a lot of work, and like someone said, the right mindset.

I resell in my shop, but I don't like messing with the TP if I don't have to.

some people have time to pass and maybe they don't restock or play games so they do reselling which is also part of the game.
but personally for me, I hate a few resellers in the PC, because I saw them undercutting people by so much than actual price and insists they are offering a fair price.
I feel sorry towards the desperate sellers just because they need the neopoints and probably no time to patiently seek for a fair offer for their HTS items..
