Did you buy it through paypal or prepaid card? TNT is having problems with NC redemption, some people haven't been receiving their NC or receiving only the NC and not the bonus. If it doesn't show up within the day you should send in a ticket.

With NC it's a bit faster I think, it's recommended that you bug them on facebook or something to get a reply and then they'll be faster about it. It's a known problem with NC right now but it doesn't seem like TNT is doing much about it.
