Hello

I had all my accounts unfairly frozen a few years ago due to a chain ( friend would use my PC and they got banned for cheating ).

I did submit a ticket at the time but to be expected I never got a reply back, crushed by this I did just leave the site completely.

 

These days I do want to get my stuff back just for memories sake but I have two problems; 

1: I never got a reply from support and I did try twice over the 5 years.

2: I have no idea what my birthday was set to because little me was told never to give personal info online and I went and made fake birthdays. 

 

anyone got any suggestions or info for me so I can try get my accounts back?

It's worth a try, send in a ticket and an e-mail and hope for the best. People usually get best results annoying them on Facebook as well. Good luck.

It is possible. I got my ticket answered after about a week after i posted on their facebook page, and posted my ticket number on the ticket waiting board in the help boards. Apparently that is the best method. I didnt have my birthday either, but as long as you have enough information about your account, you should be fine. One other thing though, after its been long enough, your account gets put into the purge pile. Which means its basically wiped from the database and once that happens theres nothing you can do. Do you still remember things like email, username, password and pet names? If so, it wouldn't hurt to try again! And like the above said, post on the facebook and the ticket waiting board. Let me know how it goes! I'm waiting on hearing back about mine.

If you remember the other details of your account thats an easy prove its you then its just getting them to agree you was unfairly frozen.

I remember my username and pet names, I guess I'll make a facebook just to poke at them aha.

Edit: so I managed to remember my birthday but logging in sends me right to the "Your password's not secure enough!" screen but remains not logged in... before it would send me to a screen alerting me I was frozen

I am starting to think this is a bad sign that I wont have any chance :c

That's very strange, I have never seen that password page without being logged in.
