I had a notepad file as well - which turned out to be a poor decision when I threw away my old computer without transferring over every single file

Keeping a backup in the cloud is always important to avoid things like this.

A Microsoft Word file all my account have diff details argh!

I just keep it on a Google Doc so I can look at it whenever and wherever.

I started with scraps of paper, that inevitably got lost

Then I changed to using an Excel Spreadsheet

Now I'm changing to using a single Word file

 

 

Edit to Add: I tried the Word file and it didn't work for me - it's back to Excel spreadsheets, because I need to see the info side-by-side
