Hey, is anyone here playing this Magikarp Jump game? I started it a few days ago. It's a cool game to spend some time in, but it gets too repetitive after a while. I'm currently trying to figure out if I should upgrade training or food.

 

Also, for those who don't know, there's an easter egg: if you click repeatedly a lot of times on your Magikarp after it gets level 20, you will remove his Everstone, which means he will turn into a Gyarados once it gets level 21 (your pokemon instantly retires after evolving though, unfortunately).

I got 3 out of my first 5 Magikarps eaten until I gave up on jumping to get the berry. I want to stop playing it but I think I will have to finish it first.

I don't own a mobile device but it looks hella fun

It's fun, but you keep always doing the same stuff so that makes it a bit boring.

i love it lol. even tho it's repetitive, i'll usually play it when i'm waiting for food/people/commercials/whatevz. definitely upgrade your food first!

I'm upgrading training because I rarely play (only when I get the message saying I have all my training points up) but I will try maxing food now to see if it's worth it.

Magikarp Jump is great because I am in... hmm how to put this... I got the shits with my work because their HR is terrible. So I spent all last week playing it at my desk, a++ way to spend time.

 

I loves those fish, they're good fish. I do tend to kill like at least a third of them so I don't know why they keep letting me have more. They should probably be cutting me off at some point. I am not a responsible Magikarp owner.

This games ok, I just started playing today. It's pretty repetitive and doesn't require any skill you pretty much just tap. It's a good time waster I guess. I'll probably be over it in a week lol

I keep trying to get my Magikarp to be forced to retire because I'm getting basic skins but they keep surviving like no I don't want you to survive give me rare skins

I got a golden, then right after a random event. It was a Voltorb. He exploded.

Anyway, I'm trying to force retire as well, but for the exp points that you gain after they retire.

Yeah force retiring is good for the exp points but I already gave up on this game

 

Got too repetitive and boring after a while. Moved on to Pocket Mortys

What is Pocket Mortys?

Truly the best game ever. It is based off Rick and Morty. You play as Rick and you go around collecting and batteling different trainers with different Morty's

 

It's literally Pokemon but you catch Morty's, it's super fun and addictive. @Hikimaru

I play it off and on. It does get repetitive but it's kind of relaxing in a way.

I love the concept of the game, Pokemon anything gets me crazy, but my fish.... always die... Feels bad man.

I tried playing it for a little while and it was pretty fun, but I got bored after that and just stopped.
