I purchased a $29.99 NC card from here tonight, and when I tried to redeem the code, I received a message that the code had already been redeemed. Can you please advise? I find this quite ocncerning, and it does make me hesitate in terms of future purchases here.

Probably just an erroneous code that was entered wrong into the system. Best to just PM Hydrogen/Pyro to get it fixed. They will send you a new one asap.

This ^ at least you're guaranteed some sort of decent customer service and response from the staff.

Just as a note, we got this resolved . If you still need help, please let us know and we'll do our best to make things right. I'm sorry it took a bit longer than normal to get this taken care of. Been super busy at work lately .
