I will be on the game and within 10 minutes it will keep logging me out. What is up with that, its frustrating to say least! What can I do to stop it from happening?

Are you running any programs while you're browsing neopets?

I've heard of others having this problem, but I haven't experienced it yet. I don't know what it is. If I were you I'd clear my cache/cookies and try again.

You don't even need to be running the programs for it to do this. If you have the Program Manager just open in the background (system tray as well), it will continue to log you out until you close all instances of it.

Interesting had nothing running not even open in the BG and got logged out something new by TNT maybe?

This happens to me sometimes, too!

I keep getting scared that it's someone logging into my Neopets account.

At least I know it's probably just a glitch!
