I got an error that my access to neopets has been denied, cannot log in with IExplorer, Firefox, or Chrome.   This happened to me last night, but this morning I could log in again.     Then just now it's doing the same thing to me.   

Not that this isn't easily able to bypass, which i already have.   But its going to be annoying if I have to keep releasing and renewing my IP address.

Yes. Try using an temp vpn. Disable after you make the account and you will be fine. I use DOTvpn on chrome to bypass it temporarily.

No need to even make a new account, my account isn't frozen... neither are my 4 sides.

I am sorry I didn't mean signup not sure what I was thinking there. If you use the vpn and login to one accounts you will reset the ban. That is what I noticed in my case. I wish you the best of luck with solving the issue.
