Hey everyone! So we've heard your pleas and we are doing what we can to resolve the activity issues we have seen on the forum over the last few months. Part of that means tending to the inactivity in what is supposed to be our most active rank - Private.
We do have a policy that if a Private Member is inactive for 1 month or more, they will receive a 48hour warning to post, or risk being demoted from the rank. Unfortunately, we weren't really enforcing this and it has lead a lot of people in the rank to go inactive for months at a time. Today I sent out warning messages to those Private Users who hadn't been online in a month or more.
I also had a chat with the current Private Leader, @Coops. She has decided it's time for her to step down as she's been very busy with her personal life and hasn't had a lot of time for Neocodex. We appreciate that she wants to do what's best for Neocodex but we'll miss her greatly as a part of our Junior Staff. Thanks for the time you gave us Coops!
With that being said, we will be looking for a new Private Leader, below will be the requirements and application which must be PM'd to me!
And finally, before we get to the requirements and applications for Private Leader. We are looking for your input!
What sorts of activities would you like to see on the forum? What subforums would you like to see? Contests? Giveaways? Let us know!
Requirements for Private Leader:
1. Must be an active Private Member. This means posting within the last month.
2. Must have the time and commitment to open and close applications on time, and purge inactive members.

Aww shucks. I was pretty good at it for awhile there, but let's be real, when I stopped coming around that made me kind of a trash ass private leader lol.
