I logged into my main after quite a while away from the site to take a look around and have some fun.

 

Seriously warmed my heart to see all the stuff I left behind still in my gallery/bank/sdb... Those were seriously great times.

 

However, it seems like there is no one else really playing?  Or when I say that, I guess I mean the volume has plummeted and activity is really low.

 

Is that your experience as well?  Have you seen friends leave to never return?

The items in my shop, though priced low and under my competitors, do not sell =/. A lot of the items have been sitting in my shop for months now. The game is more dead than I previously thought.

None of my neofriends from the past few years are active anymore and a lot were frozen

I think with the stay home order, quite a few folks have started popping back up on the site. Had a few friends just randomly pop up online and I reached out to them.

Logged back in after a few years due to stay home order in my country. Yeah, site looks dead now.

Well be careful with trading post as well, I had to send a email to neopets last night a trade of mine that got accepted just disappeared.

Interestingly, I too think the site is a little busier. 

At the beginning of March, I was ABing fairly regularly and getting A LOT of good items.

The last couple weeks...there's definitely more competition. I'm missing items I wouldn't usually miss.

It is very nice to see more people on the site, but I want my profits hehe

It's been quite dead for a few years unfortunately. Only now that everyone is quarantined are people starting to come back

Ya, I have been back on because of the quarantine. Been a good time killer. Trying to figure out how to get back into my old main. For whatever reason I can't get in. Pretty sure I know the password and the birthday. Oh well.

I do think it got a bit more busy in the last couple of weeks, since so many people are in quarantine. We'll see how it goes when people can go out again...

Definitely not as many people play today than back in Neo's prime. With the pandemic, I think it's pretty safe to say that more people have been coming back.

I think its sad how much hasn't changed at all. The site is barely navigable.

I just came back to neopets a few days ago and I feel like it's less dead than when I logged in randomly throughout the last few years. Maybe because of the pandemic? Regardless I might stick around for a while this time.

i've recently started again, running 1 main and 4 shells.
They say the score sender is dangerous yet ive been running a 50k daily SS for a few days no issues yet.
Running AB though i only had like 1.5 mil to start with so it runs out pretty quick, plus as people said the items dont sell.
It's a shame, i'll crack on though till i either bust or make it .
