Hi again!

 

I come here asking for assistance with this error while trying to log in my neopets info account to Abrosia.

 

Login and password are right, yet I still get 'ERROR: Login Failed'.

 

I tried installing and uninstalling, and I've also tried it in two different computers to no avail.

 

I'd appreciate help.

I have to ask the obvious, and I'm sorry for having to do so. Are you SURE the login credentials are working? Have you tried logging in with them on neopets itself?

Haha, don’t worry, I get it.

 

yes, I’m 100% sure the credentials are right.

 

Tested in two different PCs: I can log in normally, abrosia is running correctly, then all of the sudden next time I try and log in it gives me this error.

I'm not sure what to tell ya. I logged out of abrosia and back in with 2 different accounts and everything worked fine.

I just encounter this problem too.

First, everything was fine. However, when I press start button, an error pop-up said my account got forced logout.

Then this happened.

 

But when I use another shell I often used, everything's fine again,

 

probably cuz the neopets' new firewall or something

Same here! Just today I was thinking of getting back to neopets to AB, but I can't login no matter what.

 

I changed the password a few times but nothing yet.

Funny, I can login without a problem if I'm not using amazon EC2.

Hmm..wonder if they changed some security in the backend to try and detect VPN's/proxies now.

I don't know how any of that works. But I can login just fine using Amazon EC2 via browser.

They somehow enabled the firewall check again.

www.neopets.com is using a security service for protection against online attacks. This process is automatic. You will be redirected once the validation process is complete

 

They're on and off with this new firewall, I reckon that's the reason. I don't think there's much to do besides waiting it out.

Pretty sure StackPath enables itself for everyone when there is high traffic. Which makes sense with all the AC scores being sent.

You better chance is to lay low and wait it out, in my experience it doesn't last long (1-2 hours).

Nope. 

 

This has happened before, and we have attempted to correct the issue, but it's complicated and we've only got one programmer. @Rogue is correct in all we can really do right now is wait it out and try later.

I've had this come up as a result of being IP banned (temporarily), it went away after a couple of hours.

im experiencing a similar issue.. i cant login to neopets through the program manager on EC2, but i can login to the browser. On my PC i can also login to program manager fine. Did anyone find a solution to this?

On some of my accounts I'm unable to login ambrosia but able to login just fine on the browser. My other ab accounts, I can login just fine. I think certain accounts are or certain ip gets flagged but I could be wrong, this is just my theory. I use dedicated proxies for all accounts.

I haven't been able to login via amazon EC2 for 2 months now. I don't know what TNT did, but they found a way to totally block EC2. If someone find a solution, please share.

I've been having the same problem for months on one computer. I have two separate accounts and us Abrosia on each computer with different account, one works fine the other always gives me the login failed error. Yes, the login information is correct.
