What type of schedules do you guys use?
I typically get about 3-4 straight hours, using the default settings, before getting RS banned for about 16 hours.
how many hours per day can you AB per day without RS ban?

Honestly, like a month ago I could go 8-10 hours with minimal settings and wouldn't get RS banned. For the last couple of weeks I can't go beyond 3 hours without a RS ban and also the shops seem to be really weak. I don't know what's happening?
Also, I RS in multiple accounts, so I'm pretty sure I'm not flagged or anything.

I noticed that when 1 account receives an RS ban, all other accounts do as well if they were in the same shop.

I have questions about RS ban. If I got RS ban, should I let Abrosia keep refreshing? Or it could lead to RS ban longer? Since many people suggest disabling RS ban checking, Abrosia keeps refreshing while I am AFK.

You definitely want to avoid getting RS banned. If you are RS banned and Abrosia keeps trying it will make the ban longer. Try not to RS for too many hours at once (3 hours is usually good), and don't set the refresh rate too low.

The neopets reddit comunity have a restocking chat on discord. Stay there and ask to be notified when there's a store clear (they always post it). When you receive the notificartion, go crazy like 2-3 seconds between refreshes.
