I think I brought a month neocodex membership in 2018.  When I try to renew it as I return to play, it says:

You have already purchased this item and it cannot be purchased again. A renewal invoice for your existing purchase was generated which has since expired. Please contact an administrator for assistance.

I'm taking a look right now  .

 

Try again! For some reason in the recent years the advanced membership package changed (expired) and if you try to repurchase the expired one you'll get an error.
