some secretary will try to get you to hang up..in which case you must demand to talk to support..in which case she will hang up on you..they only talk to high up players..but have fun.

What was the reason they froze you for?

If it was for using programs then you will never be unfrozen. Sorry if that's a bit too harsh, but it's the truth.

And you can't sue them because you agreed to follow their terms and they never forced you to play (Not to mention it's free) Besides, they have corporate lawyers. In the end, you'll lose money instead of gaining any.

If you were frozen for using programs then they know you cheated.

Yep like for me I used an account to cheat I got frozen, but atleast the np and items I had were put into my main account.
