It's like a thing where you pay money to play Neopets and get perks.More random events, free Beta Items. Stuff like that, Noti when does Newbie go away?

The main thing is beta testing games and free scratchcards. The more random event isn't true at all, I'm getting even less now adays.. Yeah, mostly beta testing. That still sucks though. 
I got it for a discount though because I joined up so early.

Isn't there another way? That beta testing page always says there are no free trials available. And then someone else said that you need another link for it.

I got it for a year, but I think I keep the email address forever. There are like 5 free trials a day and they last for 15 days or something. I can't remember.
