I have tried before..its damn near I'mpossible to get a kid to get that much air off a shot to the back of the neck....even if you know tae kwon do(like I do)...only maybe 1 out of 10 will get the baby up like that, and that granny looks like no TKD star...

A good start would be taking a steel spudgun (steel is a must, plastic won't do here), some super-powered fuel (welding acetylene/h2 + oxygen) and shoving a lot of old, rancid meat in the barrelhahahaa lol
And don't forget to ai'm it @45 degs into the most crowded area
