then I brought it home to work on it some MORE... but I can't use CS to open it

an error pops up:

"Could not complete your request because the layer is not a valid text layer"

You could always just download it again (the trial version) and set your clock back.

Doesn't work. I can't delete the PS CS files, so every ti'me I go to DL it again, it loads up the clock (or log, or whatever it was using to keep up how long I had the trial) and says the trial is expired.

really, what could be on PS 6 that wasn't included on PS CS? Thats probably not it, but I guess if you dled fonts on the school comp and used them.

Nah, the fonts I used were 'normal' fonts that came with windows, not any SPecial fonts that I Dled... so that shouldn't be the case...

it works if I use photoshop 6.0 to open it.. I gues it just alters the file thing if I use photoshop 6.0 to open a psd file that was made in CS or something...

cos I just installed photosohp 6.0 to test at home and it works...

-.- so... I guess I'll just use 6.0 to do the school work...

    thanks anyways
