I really like the way you've done the text, but I'd reduce the opacity of the grid. Also, when you're using grid brushes be careful to either line up your placements or make it look intentional that the grids are out of line. 
Also, I'm not quite sure about the white rectangle in the bottom right corner... but I really like the blue 'shards'.

Are lower opacity of the grids, or even set their blending mode to Overlay. Think text would look better if not so blurred?
