well braces are bed only after you get them on and after they change your wire infact yesterday I got a new wire so I feel your pain and recently I got bottom braces on too so I know what it is like

MAN! My teeth hurt so bad the other day.. Not only to I now have to wear rubber bands(a new formation) but they tightened them and added in this strange to wire that just puts immense pressure onto my teeth. A week and a half later my teeth are still hurting in spurts. But I could even eat a sandwhich for the past week! So I feal your pain and I hope they take that thing off

arg, I got em too. painfull for ther first 2 days then you may be able to eat bread I get my bottoms in 4.5 weeks, *shivers*

I just heard from my classmates that braces are REALLY bad They can only eat soup

When I got my braces, they were very paintful for the first 3 days. I ate soup the first day, and then tried solid the second. I mean tried because I got Chic Filet and I sorta had to let it disolve on my tongue because I couldnt chew. Then each month when I get them tightened they hurt for 3 days after.

Lol, me too. Although when they're not tightened, I must admit I love the shineyness. ^-^ Wai!

And I can get the annoying plasticy thing off before FLA!
