OK.. here is how it goes..
I was totally in love with this girl.
We were together for a year and a half.
She is first girl I ever had sex with. (I waited till I was 21)
She was really like my first real love.

I have talked to some people, and they think that a one night stand would help me get over her easier.  What do you guys think about that?

but 1 night stands, eh I tried it while iw as going out with the girl.. it really just made me regret it and really want the one girl I loved back. Of course getting laid would seem like the best idea, I would much rather just hang out with a bunch of guys then to do that and cause more hurt again

A one night stand will make you forget all about her and your problems for about a day. But then she'll come back to haunt you in your mind, so if you just continue on with your life, get a new gf, a one night stand etc, then evenutally she'll go away.

ok since I am an adult and can help thou I am a virgin (yea 21 and a virgin so sue me and stuff) btu honestly AUS man to man it won't help
after you do it your gonna feel liek sh*t if you do have a one night stand. your gonna feel guilty while you do it and AFTER you do it. your gonna feel like you did it mainly out of spite and to help try to cover what you honestly feel for her on the inside. so honestly man don't do it.
