Yeah, or if not a Poogle, a skin-colored petpet or petpetpet. It looks like a part of a face with a black mouth.

hey insane did you know it was in the sword before wlt pointed it out? lol
    nah its 1000ms = 1s :)

    Edit: [mergetime]1116046085[/mergetime]
maybe instead of working on that wlt you can work on trying to make it so theres no need for that diffrence scroller for jpg :)

Oh, you can try it for yourselves. I'll post it with the current Mystery Pic :) .

For that jpg image, it really depends on the jpg image :( But, jpg is rarely put up in Neopets :D so it's only for 'special occasions'.

Oh, that pic was taken while in IDE. There is really a BIG (very big) difference in performance between a program in IDE and a program compiled. :o

    In IDE:
    Approx. 1100ms

    Compiled:
    Approx. 814ms

    See? O_o

    My specs:

    AMD Duron 700mhz
    256 MB RAM
40GB / 2 / NTFS in one and FAT32 in one (damn slow..)
    Windows XP Pro SP1

My comp is crappy, so the results are crappy too
