Well, I slept at my friends house last night and I managed to get all my energy etc back in bed with no losing consciousness... How weird. I was just laying there thinking all night and I had to share a double bed with my mate who can't stay still for more than half an hour. Every 30 mins like clockwork he would move into a new position, half of the time some part of his body was draped over me... Quite interesting when you come to think we were wearing nothing but boxers <_< *shudders* Was weird when he rolled over and decided to have his forehead up against mine and refused to move...

So yeah, I can sleep without sleeping ^_^

Heh yeah you're right, although I'm not sure how you were able to do that without going into REM....Staying awake during the first few stages of sleep is one method that can be used to lucid dream. Any weird shapes or colors go around in your head while you were doing that?

Well, after you fall asleep for about an hour and a half or so, you enter REM sleep and your body is temporarily paralyzed and only the diaphram moves.

REM are a band and the term for when you're in deepest sleep. Rapid Eye-Movement.

I hate that. I can do it but to tell the truth, the night goes by so slow that I wish I could just fall asleep.

WEll, as for that, in D.C. I had to bunk with someone and we slept with foot to head...His feet were in my face all night...but I still felt refreshed in the morning...But as for sleeping in the same bed with a guy in his boxers....woah... :p
