If you have msflxgrd.ocx, put it in c:\windows\system32\
Once you have done this, click the Start button and then go to RUN.
Type this in run:
regsvr32 "c:\windows\system32\msflxgrd.ocx"
If it says it cannot register the library, then try finding another copy of msflxgrd from somewhere else and try once more. Let me know if you have anymore problems.
