The random events I've been getting (even from the coincidence) are just dumb "nothing really happens" ones. I even do the coincidence every day even if it costs me 100K.

btw, i noticed they don't give the same graphics to avatar events. i got the packrat avatar just now and it showed up as a regular random event with yellow header.
