Yea I tried creating a hissy but it didnt work. What do they mean by over the course of the day? Will you be allowed to create a hissi sometime in the day and not others?

Since TNT tries to be fair with the whole different timezones thing, it will be released at different times throughout the day. Try creating one every hour I guess.

I read somewhere (I forget) that tnt might release a batch every 45 minutes. If I remember where I saw that I'll post

wouldnt they be released to the whole world over the course of every hour and u think they would do it on the hour or sum time in between?

Bah, lies lies. TNT doesn't release them throughout the day. =oP They're released all at once when they update the news. It's just a ploy to get more page hits.
