I saw that in a movie once...it was cool...this guy was in a bathroom and he blew up....all u could  see was like a leg here, and arm there...little fire there lol...then the d00ds head was like stuck on the top of the toilet and he was eyeballin every1 like

spontaneous combustion is when you catch on fire from the inside and burn out ward.  it usualy happens in you sleep and gets exremly hot.  as for the leg there was a guy that had that sorta happen to hi'm but I didn't explode it just poped and alot of blood came out.  But about you if it was a full out explosion you could maybe have ben hitten by a stray bullet.
