My bro just got their album. Boy, did he make one of the worst mistakes ever. All the songs were so unorganized, and it had the most random screaming in the middle of songs. How the hell did these guys get popular? They should grow up and learn how to write songs, or they should move over for some other far more talented band.

Post any other reasons you hate Hawthore Heights here.

EDIT: Typo.

These colors will not change, you change the way I see them
These words will fade when you explain why you hate them
We are the same, oh

She keeps repeating "I bet she needed"
She says she's right here, she seems so distant
Saying goodbye this time the same old story
Seeing you cry it makes feel like saying sorry

Just a few last hours we gotta make this count
We're counting backwards

(Just a few last hours, we gotta make this count)

We're falling forward

She keeps repeating "I bet she needed"
She says she's right here, she seems so distant
Saying goodbye this time, the same old story
Seeing you cry it makes me say like saying sorry

Saying sorry, we've fallen apart
Wish we knew this from the start
Saying goodbyes the hardest part
Wish we knew this from the start

Saying goodbye this time, the same old story
Seeing you cry it makes me feel like saying sorry

She called last night still waiting for a reply.
This static contact is pulling us apart.
Please hang on tight,
I'll see you through the night.

You have me still because I'm breathing,
Although it has slowed down.
Please don't cry because I'm leaving.
I hope I see you soon.

Exchange the sunshine for brown eyes and dark skies,
Replace this dull life with you.
I Know it's tomorrow,
She's waiting for something to feel alive.

You know me too well,
She's sorry and I can tell.
Scene missing, fade to black.
You're acting all this out again,

Just wake me when it's over,
When the curtains raise,
It's time to move on.
Exit now, credits rolling,
The girl who stole my heart.
The one that got away...

You know me too well,
She's sorry, I can tell.
Scene missing, fade to black.
You're acting all this out (again, again!)

You have me still because I'm breathing,
Although it has slowed down.
Please don't cry because I'm leaving.
I hope I see you soon.

You know me too well,
She's sorry and I can tell.
Scene missing, fade to black (fade to black!)
You're acting all this out again.

You must be an 80's person, cause emo is all around you. Everyone who says they hate emo either doesn't know what emo actaully is, hates one or two specific bands, or is in love with the 70's / 80's. <_< <_<

Haha, sound interesting! random "AHH!" song? * Curious now, go and download now :p

* Imagination go wild... Good when they go for live performance, forget lyrics and just screaming out loud :D

** Okay, I'm hearing "saying sorry" and think it's nice song (not great but a good one)... nice beat, nice lyrics...

I know what emo is and I hate more than one or two specific bands that are emo that I love to hate.

I'm just not into that "Forgive me I'm sorry" or "I'm not Okay" kind of Genre.

Then again, you're right, emo is all around. I've heard emolicious lyrics in some metal songs even. It's C-c-crazy...

No no. No 80's music for me.
Emo IS all over the place, and it's annoying.
Emo kids at my school who are cutting themselves because they are "depressed" should go and jump off a bridge... And I've told them that too.
Emo music, is just as bad, because it's talking about doing the stupid things. And some emo bands are ok. Take Emery for example. They are OK.

I don't care if you don't. I listen to the music I want to listen to. And if I think it's bad, I go around persuading people why it's bad and that they shouldn't listen to it. I can't just say they're bad for no good reason or they're bad because they're popular.

People arent all like you are they?
People have different tastes and should be exposed to see if they like a genre or not.

What kind of music do you like? Different people have different tastes in music, so unless you're begging to be flamed, no need to make threads about how bad a band is. Just because you don't happen to like it doesn't make it suck.

I'm not bashing anyone's taste in music, but I CANNOT stand emo music.

So much of it is recycled crap; lines about depressed teenage males, talking about how life is horrible and everyone is against them.

"Emo" kids dress all in black, call themselves tortured souls, or something to that effect, make up all sorts of false problems, then get angry and violent when people try to help them with their "problems," constantly telling them how they "don't understand" and how no one knows how they feel.
I know. I have to deal with about 200 of them a day (a large amount of people at school, and my sister+her support group of "tortured souls" she likes to call her friends).

If you listen to "emo" music, it's not even good. A large majority of it is power chords and whiny teenage boys.
Emo music is nothing special. It obviously isn't that much of an effort to write, judging by the fact that there's a new one every 6 months.

Icey, I'm not bashing you or anything. I'm not saying this is what you're like. I'm just stating the stereotype just about everyone seems to lap up nowadays. You're entitled to your own tastes in music, just as everyone else is.

I'm just tired of all the baggage and crap that seems to comes along with it.

Ok you know what, you all have blasted wrong images, stop bloody confusing emo with goth god damn. I'm sick of everyone sterotyping emo as some I cut my wrist movement, its called music, learn to either appreciate it, or avoid it.
