No - it's not. Smartphones (Phones with windows on them) are more hi-tech than the RAZR.
I have one - It's not all that great. The hardware is brilliant, but the motorola software is total shite.

theyre DEAD SEXY!!! lol I love how they look.... at 100 $ CAD its an awesome deal... but... the smart phone is DEAD SEXIER! it has WINDOWS when someone said it had windows, I though he meant like see through glass for the body of it I was like "wtf?" but its windows OS lol...

The Razr is getting windows mobile soon anyway ive heard, so it will be a smartphone, also I think the Razr pebbl looks nicer

Can Play Ringtones from actual songs
Has a camera on it
Looks cool =]

My plan is Verizon Wireless, aka a family plan, so I can only get a Verizon Phone...

Seriously its just a phone. This kid got a razor and hes all showing it off saying he spend $300.00, its only a C-E-L-L-P-H-O-N-E nothing important.

The razor seems to fragile. I personally like the older phones(not the fat ones) because they are made for a single purpose>>>to communicate.
